CSR Sustain is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as a semi-finalist in the prestigious CBRE UK Supplier Partner Innovation Challenge, one of the most influential innovation programmes in the UK facilities management and built environment sector.
The Challenge, run by CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, invites supplier partners from across the industry to submit their most forward-thinking solutions that drive efficiency, sustainability and real-world impact in facilities management. The competition celebrates innovation in categories such as smart technology, sustainability solutions, operational efficiency and workplace experience. Finalists will be revealed later this year, with winners announced following supplier presentations.
Being named a semi-finalist recognises CSR Sustain’s commitment to advancing AI-powered building performance technologies and its focus on delivering measurable value for clients through innovative solutions. The company’s entry showcases how its AI-driven HVAC optimisation and fault detection systems support improved energy efficiency, lower emissions and smarter asset performance - all aligned with the CBRE Innovation Challenge’s core priorities.
“We’re delighted to be shortlisted as a semi-finalist in such a competitive field,” said Luke Cleary, Technical Director. “This recognition reflects our team’s dedication to transforming building performance through technology that helps building owners and managers reduce carbon, cut costs, and enhance occupant comfort. We look forward to progressing through the next stages of the Challenge.”
